Once your order is placed, we will begin working on it right away. During checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred delivery date and time using our calendar feature. As soon as the arrangement is ready for delivery, we will send you an update to confirm when it’s on its way.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Every arrangement is custom-made just for you, and we start preparing your flowers as soon as the order is received.

Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 12 PM. Please reach out to use first to confirm that same day delivery is an option. Orders placed between 7 PM and 8 PM may still be processed, but delivery will occur the next day.

When you fill out our subscription form, you provide all the necessary details about the products or services you’d like on a recurring basis. Once we receive your submission, we’ll create a personalized invoice for your subscription.

You’ll receive your invoice via email within 48-72 hours after you submit the form. The email will include details about your selected subscription plan and payment instructions.

To ensure we can properly adjust our scheduling and resources, all subscription cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance of the next scheduled payment or delivery. If the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before, the upcoming delivery will proceed as planned, and the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
