No Refunds or Exchanges
Once an order has been placed, all sales are final. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our floral arrangements, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products after purchase. We strive to ensure that every arrangement meets our high standards of quality and is delivered in perfect condition.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations of orders are not permitted once the order has been confirmed. This includes custom orders, special events, and standard purchases. We begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery and the freshest blooms, which makes cancellations impossible.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with the delivery of your arrangement (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable), please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. We will work with you to address the issue and ensure that your flowers are received in excellent condition. However, please note that additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is needed.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that your arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the arrangement, and we will review the issue. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. However, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Custom and Special Orders
For custom arrangements or large event orders (e.g., weddings, baby showers, etc.), all terms regarding the size, colors, and types of flowers must be confirmed prior to purchase. Due to the personalized nature of these arrangements, no changes, refunds, or cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.

Delivery policy
At Bloom in Grace, we personally ensure that each floral arrangement is hand-delivered with care and attention to detail. We understand how important it is for your flowers to arrive in perfect condition and on time.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery services within Charlotte, Waxhaw, Huntersville, and surrounding areas. If you are located outside this area and would like to inquire about special delivery options, please contact us directly.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver seven days a week. Delivery times are typically between 9 AM – 7 PM, but exact times may vary based on traffic and other factors. You will receive a confirmation text message, email or phone call once your delivery has been scheduled.
For same-day delivery, please place your order before 12 PM. For next-day or future deliveries, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for large or custom orders. For urgent or same-day requests, please email or call to confirm availability.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a notification via email or text message to confirm the successful delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place and notify you of its location. If no safe location is available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time, which may incur additional fees.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on the distance from our location in North Carolina. Standard delivery charges will be 20$ during the checkout process, and any special delivery requests may incur additional costs.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your flowers on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or traffic may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to deliver your arrangement as quickly as possible.
Special Event Deliveries
For large events such as weddings, baby showers, and other special occasions, delivery details will be arranged in advance to ensure timely and accurate delivery. We recommend contacting us at least 2-4 weeks before your event to secure your preferred delivery date and time.
